Cancellation Policy

Due to limited appointment availability and the time reserved specifically for each client, all consultation fees and services are non-refundable. Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of any payments made. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments, same-day cancellations, late arrivals, or services already rendered. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and no-refund policy.
